WILDFLOWER ABUNDANCE RETREAT CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as fair and transparent as possible while honouring the commitments involved in organising this retreat.

Cancellation by Participant

  1. A full refund will be offered if we receive written notice of cancellation on or before Friday 17 April (four weeks prior to the retreat start date).
  2. Any approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of confirmation.
  3. Cancellations made within four weeks of the retreat are non-refundable, as costs and commitments will already have been incurred.
  4. If you are unable to attend within this timeframe, you are welcome to transfer your place to another person. Please notify us in advance so we can ensure a smooth handover.

Unforeseen Circumstances

  1. In the unlikely event of circumstances beyond our control — such as extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, political unrest, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events — that prevent you from attending or availing of your booking, we are unfortunately unable to offer refunds.
  2. In such cases, we cannot be held responsible for any losses or expenses incurred, including travel or accommodation costs.

Cancellation by Us

  1. In the highly unlikely event that we need to cancel the retreat, you will receive a full refund of all payments made to us.
  2. Any such refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of notification.
  3. Our responsibility in this situation is limited to the refund of retreat fees, and we cannot accept liability for any additional costs incurred.

Travel Insurance

For peace of mind, we strongly recommend that all participants arrange appropriate travel and cancellation insurance to cover unexpected changes, illness, or travel disruption.
