CANCELLATION AND REFUND 

Healing Session

  1. Cancelling or rescheduling sessions is permitted up to 24 hours before the appointment time with no fee.
  2. Full session charge is applied for all sessions cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment time.
  3. Session fees are non-refundable after you have attended the appointment.
  4. If you should show up late, the time may be deducted from your appointment as there is a schedule and other people to consider, and reschedule or refunds cannot be made.
  5. Session packages are non-refundable once booked but can be transferred to a family member or friend.


Course

  1. Cancelling the course is permitted up to 7 days before the date and time of the event with no fee.
  2. If you wish to cancel a course after registering, the cancellations must be made, in writing at hello@julianafelixhealing.ie up to 7 days before the date and time of the course. You must ensure we have responded in writing and acknowledged receipt of your communication.
  3. Rescheduling a course to a different date is permitted up to 7 days before the scheduled date and time of the course. All requests must be made in writing to hello@julianafelixhealing.ie within that timeframe.
  4. Rescheduling is allowed for up to 6 months from the date of purchase, provided that the request is made in writing to hello@julianafelixhealing.ie at least 7 days before the originally booked course.
  5. Courses are non-refundable if you request to cancel less than 7 days before the event.
  6. Courses are non-refundable after you have attended the event.
  7. Courses are non-refundable if you cancel after the start of the event.
  8. Courses are non-refundable if you leave early for any reason.
  9. Courses are non-refundable if you do not attend the event.
  10. Courses are non-refundable if you request to reschedule less than 7 days before the event.
  11. Courses are non-refundable if you are dissatisfied with the presentation or content of the event.
  12. Course packages are non-refundable once registered, but can be transferred a) to future courses within 12 months of the purchase or b) can be transferred to a family member or friend. The transferred notice must be made, in writing at hello@julianafelixhealing.ie up to 10 days before the date and time of the course. You must ensure we have responded in writing and acknowledged receipt of your communication.


Refunds do not apply to any courses, products or services you received as a bonus or scholarship.

You’ll be refunded within 14 business days, less any reasonable cost that has already been incurred by Juliana Felix Healing, such as, but not limited to, administration fee if applicable, books and manuals which have already been issued to you.
