If you are booking a session, please ensure you do the following:
- Have a clear intention of what you would like to transform in your life.
- Spend at least 10 minutes in relaxation before and after your session.
- Make sure you are in a quiet place so that you are not distracted during your session.
- Ensure you are well hydrated and bring a large glass of water to your session.
How to book
- Select your appointment type.
- Schedule date and time.
- The timezone is currently set to GMT. You can amend this when you book.
- All sessions are Online via Zoom.
